I really loved the latte; it has a taste reminiscent of the coffee you find in Europe. However, I recommend double-checking your order before leaving. My coffee was completely incorrect, and when I brought it to the staff's attention, she casually suggested I just drink it. I was quite taken aback by her attitude. View all feedback.
This is my favorite Dunkin' location! It's only a quick stroll from my home, and the staff is always friendly and accommodating.
I don't visit Dunkin' Donuts frequently, but when I do, I often find myself waiting. I can accept that, but what I don't understand is how they can get a simple order wrong. I clearly requested an Oreo milkshake, yet they handed me a strawberry one instead.
I went through the drive-thru for a triple scoop. I told the employee which flavors I wanted, but she didn’t have two of them. When I asked what other flavors were available, all I heard was an annoyed "uggh" and a rude attitude, saying the flavors were on the menu—which, of course, they were. I only asked because two of the flavors I wanted were unavailable. When I picked up my order, she didn’t even say thank you or give me a receipt.
I went to Dunkin' when there were no cars around, but they still made us keep moving forward. We ordered a 3-scoop sundae, but the scoops were so tiny that the three combined only amounted to the size of one regular scoop. Plus, they only put Reese's pieces on one of the scoops.
I really enjoyed the latte; it had a flavor similar to the coffee you get in Europe. However, I suggest double-checking your order before you leave. My coffee was completely wrong, and when I informed the staff, she casually told me to just drink it. I was quite surprised by her attitude.
