Perkins restaurant offers a mixed dining experience marked by inconsistent food quality and service. While some patrons praised the deliciousness of dishes and the pleasant staff, others expressed disappointment over burnt items, lengthy wait times, and cleanliness issues. Positive experiences highlighted quick seating and attentive service, especially during busy hours. However, complaints about meals arriving incomplete or not as expected, as well as a need for better restaurant maintenance, were prevalent. Despite its potential, the restaurant seems to struggle with maintaining a consistent standard, leaving some customers uncertain about a return visit.
The chicken salad fruit plate was different than I remembered. It seemed like they had added sweet mayonnaise to the chicken, which was disappointing as it was my favorite dish. While the price for the chicken salad was on the higher side, it used to be the best.
The food at this restaurant is always delicious, and the service is excellent, even when ordering takeout.
I ordered the Rise Shine Burger and it was delicious. However, the spicy maple honey was missing from my order and the fries were soggy from the transport. The portion of fries also seemed smaller than what you would receive if dining in at the restaurant. While the burger itself was enjoyable, the overall experience was disappointing given the price paid.
The breads on both of our sandwiches were burnt. The bacon on the BLT wasnt cooked all the way. The kids meal chicken tenders were perfect but the fries were also burnt.
