We've discovered our new favorite spot for brunch! Macdera is a welcoming place with friendly staff and exceptional service. The servers make an effort to connect with each customer, creating a warm atmosphere. Bethany, one of the servers, was especially delightful and attentive, remembering our names and backgrounds. It was an incredible dining experience with outstanding food, excellent staff, and a fantastic atmosphere. The owner, Mac, greeted us warmly like family as we arrived, making us feel right at home. The menu offered a diverse selection of options that catered to every taste, including a variety of generous vegan and vegetarian dishes.
I absolutely love this restaurant and can't wait to return! I started with the ham slider appetizer, which was delicious. For my main course, I had the filet mignon accompanied by a side of macaroni and cheese—both were phenomenal! The filet was cooked to perfection, and the mac and cheese ranks in my top three favorites. My only minor critique is that our waitress seemed a bit distant and didn’t smile much, but that didn’t detract from the overall experience. Overall, it's a fantastic place that I highly recommend!
Mac and the rest of the staff are the best of the people around. They go above and beyond to provide the best service you can have and make sure each customer is attended to and having a great time. The food is spectacular and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
