We understand it can get busy and that delays happen, but when we stated we would wait, they just hung up on us. We called back to cancel our order due to the poor handling of the situation, but the staff were rude and hung up on us again. This confirmed our decision to take our business elsewhere. Used a few times before but today 's takeaway was the worst Chinese I have ever had. My first mouthful of the Chinese duck was just fat, which I could not eat. The beansprouts were old and slimy, possibly been frozen. The Singapore spicy hot rice had no spice in it at all, it was just like plain boiled rice with bits of chicken in it. The chicken balls were just balls with a tiny piece of chicken in the middle. I have just returned it all to them and told them it is not good food... It 's rubbish. His reply was 'oh '. No apology and no refund. Will not be using them again.

My child aged 5 has currently been eating pink and grey chicken balls which is disgusting when I cut mine open and realised I rang them up where they then explained that chicken is meant to be pink and grey sometimes after cooking I said no that’s completely not right not one piece of white on the chicken just pink and grey very unhappy.
