**Dining Delight at BR4: A Perfect Blend of Culinary Excellence and Atmosphere** BR4 offers a memorable dining experience with its beautifully presented and delicious Italian cuisine, showcasing the talents of an excellent chef. Guests appreciate the friendly and efficient service in a vibrant setting, perfect for both intimate meals and festive gatherings. However, the lively atmosphere, especially during weekends and special events, can lead to noisy surroundings, occasionally overshadowing the charming background music. Despite minor distractions, such as sliding chairs and unexpected large parties, diners consistently enjoy a diverse menu that caters to all tastes, making BR4 a must-visit gem in Hayes.
The food was very well presented and tasty. Only problem was the noisy atmosphere, people on nearby tables talking loud. It was the weekend though. There was background music but it was overshadowed by the noise.
We booked this table via open table . When we arrived at the restaurant there was a massive baby shower party going on . Nowhere for us to sit . All tables taken . We were shocked to see it like a disco . Do disappointed as we have so little time to go out . Never experienced anything like this .
It took over an hour for our starters to arrive, and they forgot my husband's completely. The same happened with our main courses—another meal for our daughter was missed. There were zero apologies; at one point, I got a frustrating shrug when I asked about our food. The food itself was terrible. There was no bread or pizza available at all. My mother-in-law ordered seafood linguine but only found three empty clams in it, with nothing else. Despite the two forgotten meals, we weren’t offered any discounts on our bill or even an apology. I was so embarrassed to be there on what should have been a special occasion. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs.
The food was excellent, and the service was also very good! However, I would have preferred if the lively music and chatter in the bar area were more separated from the dining space, as I found it a bit too loud.
The atmosphere was extremely noisy, with loud voices, children running around screaming, and the sound of breaking glasses. As for the food, the mashed potatoes didn’t taste fresh, and the carrots had an odd pale color. The flooring material made the chairs slide around, creating a very unpleasant noise.
