Service can be inconsistent: drive-thru mix-ups, occasional order errors, sticky floors and an often-out-of-service ice cream/milkshake machine temper some visits. Worth trying for quick, affordable meals, but expect variability.
I’ve been to Jack's three times in the past three weeks, and unfortunately, the ice cream machine has been out of order every time. Are you going to be as inconsistent as McDonald's? Why promote milkshakes if you can't deliver them?
Jack's is always good. Best fries in town and my new favorite is the boneless wings! Not the fastest service but the crew is friendly and the restaurant is clean and comfortable.
Great food. The staff was very helpful and the burgers were as good as they said. Would love to go back.
I went through the drive through for a breakfast sandwich. The sandwich was underwhelming and dry. The woman at the window had no personality and was not very communicative.
I place the same order every Saturday. 30sec, 5chicken biscuits. They messed up the order with chicken and cheese biscuits when trying to correct the order the manager starting yelling at me in front of numerous people. telling me that I ordered thechicken cheese. Which I did not. It was Absolutely the rudest service I have ever experienced. I will not be back.
