What User dislikes about Prince Hall Devon:
I was very disappointed with my lunch experience at this restaurant. The cafe-style room was very cold with no heating, and when I tried to turn on the heating, the staff said it was always like that and wouldn't be turned on until a certain time. I was very disappointed with my lunch experience at this restaurant. The cafe-style room was very cold with no heating, and when I tried to turn on the heating, the staff said it was always like that and wouldn't be turned on until a certain time. There was an electric heater in the room, but it didn't get turned on until I asked. It didn't provide much warmth. I ordered hot chocolate and tomato soup, but it took at least half an hour for the soup to arrive. It seemed like they cut corners in making the soup, as it didn't taste as good as expected. Overall, it was not a good experience and I recommend trying the two bridges nearby for a better and warmer lunch experience.
Our first visit wanted to try prince hall. we were welcomed and given a choice where to relax. we had an absolutely beautiful afternoon tee in one of the two lounges with views of the garden and the surrounding landscape. The...tea consisted of beautifully made sandwiches, cakes and skorn with noodles of fresh tee and coffee presented on a beautiful cake stand. actually more than we could actually eat, we have easily cheated by slipping a few morsel to the very friendly dogs of the owner. compared to a tee we had recently in an adjacent hotel in two bridges, that was much better. the service was excellent and we could stay all afternoon.
Eleven of us thought here as cream tea after a clustery family run over the moor. we called ahead, but even when we arrived after they usually stop serving tee, the employees were amazing and we enjoyed a fantastic cream tee in front of one. roast log fire. sensitive hospitality, excellent eating and the highlight of our trip. cannot recommend prince hall enough and will come back to stay in the hotel due to a level of service that is (very extraordinary).
Beautiful quiet location. the staff was beautiful and nothing was too much annoyed. fantastic breakfast, all local products of excellent quality. there were hand towels and tasty for dogs that make it an ideal place to stay with the pet for a few days.
Make sure to visit this wonderful restaurant. The view and food are amazing, and you will feel welcomed and at ease, as if visiting a beloved family member. Amid life's chaos, I had forgotten how much joy this place brings me, so it was a relief to rediscover its warmth and tranquility. Take the time to visit and experience the stunning journey. Above all, do not miss out on this fantastic dining experience.
