Was Anonym at Subway a mag?
I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are made exactly as you order them, and the cleanliness is impressive— they even change gloves and keep the topping area tidy. I highly recommend this restaurant! View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about Subway:
Four teenagers were working without supervision. My order was supposed to be ready by 1:05, but they didn’t start preparing it until a quarter past. When I checked my order in the car, one of the sandwiches was just plain bread with nothing in it. I understand that they are young, but where is the owner or manager to take responsibility for this? I called on June 8 at 8:30 to check if they had power, as Wallace was experiencing an outage, and they confirmed they were open. I arrived at 9, just 30 minutes before closing, only to find out they were actually closing at 9. Despite us calling ahead and them being aware we were on our way, they offered us some free cookies instead of preparing our food.
The workers seemed a bit overwhelmed or perhaps distracted, and when they made my sub, they packed it with so much chicken that it was difficult to fit any vegetables on it.
Best subway I’ve ever been to!! Sandwich was made super quick and easy! Friendly people working behind the counter! Served the sandwich with a smile!
