The owners aren’t very friendly and seem to expect customers to cater to them. There have been numerous complaints about their service. Additionally, when they are supposed to show up at marketing events to hand out samples, they often arrive late, and they bring along a 20-year-old who isn’t knowledgeable about the products. Each and every meal has been fantastic. The portions are generous and the cost is a couple bucks less than any lunch in Henrietta. Home delivery is a great option too.Joe Cimino
I just walked in for the first time .... What a great experience! Thank you Scarlett for taking the time to help me and pick out four meals for me to try. I've been ordering from Savage Chef for several weeks now, and I have to say, the food is fantastic! The variety of options available—ranging from vegan to keto and gluten-free—is impressive. The customer service is exceptional as well; I really appreciate receiving a text when my food is on its way. A special shout-out to Noah for being so accommodating this past weekend—he was incredibly considerate and thoughtful.
