Friday October 28... After accepting several price increases over the last couple weeks the attitude of the drive through attendant tonight at 11:25 pm was the last straw. I simply stated that since their espresso machine wasn 't working I 'd simply go to another location. OK BYE!!! was the responce I got. They pay too much for something that did not do as they asked during the day
Very dirty. manager was rude and racist. the water in which they hold their spoon is dirty and dirty. I asked for a refund for the extremely bitter coffee and they refused to say that they were “not in the position” when I know that this is a complete lie. the most terrible customer service I've ever experienced at a dunkin. ‘
I didn't order any food, only coffee, but it was very good. The coffee was fresh and didn't taste burnt.
