**A Tale of Dunkin' Delight and Disappointment** Dunkin' continues to be a beloved spot, known for its hot coffee and satisfying breakfast sandwiches. While many customers appreciate the friendly service and pleasant atmosphere, recent experiences indicate some growing pains. Walk-in customers often face long wait times due to inconsistent order sequences, leading to frustration. Despite occasional issues with food preparation and choices like coffee roast availability, the quality of breakfast items, including the renowned Boston cream donuts, remains high. Overall, the staff's politeness and attentiveness, combined with the cozy seating and inviting drive-thru, keep patrons returning for their caffeine fix.
I always find the staff at this location to be polite and friendly. The seating area inside is pleasant, and the drive-thru team is consistently cheerful and even offers treats for my dog. There's nothing quite like enjoying a hot cup of steaming coffee here!
Dunkin in Webster doesn't make the vanilla Chai tea lattes anymore and they just made something they thought was close to the drink, and they were far off it tasted like burnt coffee. All I have to say is that you need to tell your customers that it is discontinued and we could try to make that drink for you, but just don't make something that it is simply not what the drink was. And the lady who was working there I wasn't being a Karen I was being nice, you need to watch your attitude. Because I know the next person isn't going to be nice how I was. Dunkin has also lost my business forever. Customer service goes a long way with me and she did not have it.
Simple order- LargeHot, Cream, 2 sugars and toasted almond.No toasted almond. Ok raspberry then. Bacon, egg and cheese Bagel.Get asked- what kind of bread. ?Get coffe- NO CREAM.Not brain surgery folks.
The food was outstanding! We savored the breakfast sandwiches and Boston cream donuts. I was a bit disappointed that they only had medium and dark roast coffee available, as I prefer light roast. So, I decided to go with a Gatorade instead. The restaurant could benefit from some upkeep, as there are a few signs of wear and tear. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend it. The staff was friendly, and they provide free Wi-Fi.
The coffee at this place is outstanding, and I really liked the breakfast sandwich I had. The staff is friendly and prompt. I typically eat in, but the drive-thru seems to operate very efficiently too.
