What R E M dislikes about Smashburger:
Appaling service. The server called the wrong number and I was left waiting over 10 minutes for a simpler order of fries. When I went to inquire about my order, she claimed she'd called my number and I didn't come when I was standing right in front of herthe whole time. This is my first time trying this brand and it'll be the last, too. View all feedback.
Outrageous prices and terrible quality and service. The burgers look un-appetizing. The portions are smaller compared to other smash burger restaurants. A yoghurt parfait was 7.50. A shame to the smashburger name.
The burgers are good but super expensive, and their pictures are misleading, showing fresh avocado slices, but in reality you get a puny amount of some green paste, presumably avocado-based. NOT the same thing.
It's decent, but this isn't a true smash burger. A smash burger features a very thin, flat patty, whereas these are much too thick. The company name is misleading.
Prices are typical for an airport, and the service was good. However, the burger was dry, and I couldn’t really taste the mushroom or Swiss cheese—just the overcooked patty. I suppose it was low in sodium. The fries were average.
