This restaurant is fantastic, offering a wide variety of food options, but the standout dish is definitely the fried chicken. My wife and I particularly love the spicy candied chicken. While there was a constant flow of customers—none of whom appeared to be Korean—the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant features plenty of private table areas, making it a nice spot for hanging out with friends. View all feedback.
Food is super good, especially the seasoned chicken. Good portions. Atmosphere is stellar.However, service was poor. They told us that 5 guests mean 15% automatic gratuity. Firstly, standard convention is minimum 6, and secondly, the 5th person was a 4 month old baby. Strange they asked this of us considering that, but at least they accepted our reasoning.There were paper plates which I found unbecoming of a sit-down restaurant and the server was very slow to take our order at all. The restaurant was empty. Had to go to the front to pay our bill too, so the 15% they tried to ask of us was even odder considering the only service provided was taking our order and putting our food on the table.Worst was the fact that the woman there was staring down at the machine when she handed it, versus looking away which is the etiquette.Overall, I'd come again but only for take out.
People are real mad about the tip. If you're upset about the portions and tip policy, move along on your marry way. Policies like this are very normal. I guess if you've only been to fast food restaurants, then you wouldn't know this.The food was great! Everyone should definitely go here!
This is the best Korean fried chicken in Mississauga. Their service has always been exceptional and everything we've ordered has been the absolute best. I'd recommend the soy garlic fried chicken and jajang myun (black bean noodles). The owner is also very kind and friendly.
Second time at this place and the food is amazing! Truly authentic and fresh. What made our experience so bad each time was the service. The servers, including the manager demand a tip (a big one at that). It’s not the customer’s duty to compensate the servers via tip. They need to get it together
GO HERE! NOW!We went with a group of 7 and had a great time. Before you order, the server lets you know what the tip minimum is. So to all the people giving 1 star reviews because of the tip minimum; you all suck for trying to bring down their rating. Maybe you should've taken away 1 star for being upset about it. But to take away 4 stars?! Over a tipping policy that's made clear to you?! Grow up. The food was great and service is better than most restaurants out there.They're giving us halal Korean food! You should definitely go to this restaurant and pay the tip and more, if you can.We will definitely return even if you increase your prices :
