The server was super cool, energetic, had some jokes, but overall very attentive with our food orders. My nephew enjoyed his birthday with his friends. The food order was on time and correctly made for everyone, there was no mess up like in other places I have gone to. This is a fun spot for both adults and kids. The food and drink service at our table was excellent, but the bar service left much to be desired. We encountered a long wait despite there being several bartenders available. They didn't make eye contact and prioritized serving those who approached the bar over us, even though we were seated at a table. Come play the games, maybe have a drink, DO NOT eat the food, it was inedible , we were a party of 7 and not one of us was able to enjoy the various food items ordered. Better off spending your money balance on the arcade, which was fun
I received a coupon for a free meal, that was very nice of them. The food was excellent, especially the dessert. It wasn't Wednesday night, so the games were not half price, so we just looked around. I have lots of points saved on my Dave and Buster's card and not those points can now be redeemed for food, I'll be sure to take advantage of that! Thank you, Dave and Buster's!
Bartender did not add my rewards to my first receipt, too much ice in my first drink.....
