I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time and I will definitely be returning. The food was delicious, flavorful, and innovative. The raw tuna special appetizer was outstanding, with perfectly fresh fish and a delicious sauce. My wife's chicken appetizer was also excellent. Do waiters no longer pour wine or provide serving utensils with starters or steak knives with steak? Ordered Medium-rare rib eye, steak was practically mooing and had very little flavor. The service is excellent! The food is locally sourced and the seasonal cocktails are delicious. An excellent choice for dining in the downtown area.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at Front and Main during happy hour this week. The lively bar atmosphere was filled with conversations and laughter. We sat at the bar and were quickly served water as we decided what to order. My martini was perfectly mixed and ice cold, while my wife's wine was flavorful. We decided to share the street tacos and Barbacoa Fries, both of which were delicious. The tacos were filled with tender carnitas, and the fries were especially fantastic. Overall, it was another enjoyable dining experience at Front and Main.
The food at Front Main was excellent, but what really stood out was the friendly staff and the lively atmosphere. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a wonderful dining experience. Service, food quality and atmosphere all scored a perfect 5 out of 5. The price range per person for dinner was between $50 to $100.
If you go, get Martina as a waitress she was the biggest sweetheart and made our experience 10x
I rate every place that I eat on the quality of their mac and cheese... Which this was excellent. The serving size was relatively small and the price was expensive, but totally worth it. The place was relatively quiet as it is a lot of the times at night in the winter time here in Waterville, but my date and I had a great time and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was really attentive. We had cheesecake for dessert which was divine and overall 10 out of 10
