absolutely terrible administration. the half of the personal consists of to be trained who are not familiar with the assembly process, but too little they try to meet customer needs; but the other half of the workers there shows little to no interest in customer satisfaction. There is a high risk of cross-contamination for anyone with allergies at this restaurant. During my visit, I received a sub with beef, pieces of chicken, and the incorrect sauce. It took over 10 minutes for them to prepare my sandwich, so if you are in a rush between classes, I recommend avoiding getting stuck in the lengthy process.
I understand that the staff here are students, but it took 30 minutes to serve just 3 customers. That's way too long!
As a university employee I have been going to this subway a few times a month for almost 10 years. Today I tipped, even though it's not customary to tip on fast food. The female employee printed out the receipt then began talking to another employee about how low the tip was. It's fast food. You are lucky anyone tips at all. There's a subway on campus, I will be using that from now on, I have also encouraged my department to do the same. Good work young lady next time wait until the customer can't hear you before sharing your opinion. The male employee was fine and made a good sandwich.
If there are more than three people in line, it takes approximately five minutes to place an order. If you're in a hurry and craving Subway, it's best to go to the one at the plaza instead.
