Second Cup used to be my favorite, but today a staff member was extremely rude. Not only did she make my drink incorrectly, but she also had a bad attitude. I hope they improve their employee training.
The service was slow, and they didn’t accept my rewards. I recommend visiting the location outside on Philips/University instead, where they do accept rewards and you can earn free drinks!
The baristas working this month, especially during the daytime, have been incredibly friendly, making my coffee runs a delightful experience before I dive into a long and exhausting five-hour study session. They are kind, excel at their jobs, and provide quick service at just the right pace. They consistently go out of their way to add a touch of positivity to my day, and this gesture is truly appreciated and recognized.
