On Thursday, December 27, 2023, we wanted to eat at the restaurant after shopping at XXL Lutz. The first time we tried, everything was booked. So we walked around again. After that, I wanted to ask the waitress if there was a seat available. She ran away with a dismissive wave of her hand. After another five minutes, a table became available. We sat down, the blonde waitress came, took the remaining plates, and said she 'd be right there. Then she walked past three more times, serving people who had arrived after us. With the words now go, we left the rude environment. Never again.
I took food with me two weeks ago and was greeted very nicely by the pretty blonde and the loving dark-haired colleague from the service. The food was very good. I can only recommend the schnitzel with fries. Portion is sufficient for a good eater. The only thing that could have been a little more seasoning was the fries, but tastes vary. Will definitely come back. Keep it up girls
