My son orders a chicken ceasar salad and never received his chicken. Waiter did not notice for over 10 minutes. My husband ordered a burger and after a few bites realized there was a piece of chicken on the burger. Seriously, i am not kidding. I guess thats where my sons chicken went. Last week I lost my handy here and found it here again. Luckily, the staff working there seemed to have found it and they gave it to the security department. the next day I came back my handy of them, but a few days later I got a credit-apple payment card issued by someone used it about $ 2,500. it was obvious that the hotel or bar staff had used it. they committed a crime to use the credit card of another, and returned the handy quietly. Please pay attention to her wallet and her handy when they visit this place.
I have been frequenting Doyle bar for over 10 years now. It is a very elegant and enjoyable establishment. The service has always been top-notch, but recently I am unsure who is in charge of the music selection. It has been too loud and more fitting for a club atmosphere, which doesn't quite align with the sophisticated vibe of the bar. Doyle bar has always been the perfect spot for meetings and working in a relaxed setting, but the music is now affecting the overall mood.
The servers were very friendly but 4-5 different people visited my table through the night, I wasn’t sure who my server was and who was just there to refill waters because everyone seemed to be switching roles. Even the host refilled my wine. They weren’t even too busy. I never got my salad, which in my situation was fine because I wasn’t too hungry anyway and really just wanted a couple drinks but normally would not be okay, and when I asked for the desert menu it took 20 minutes because they apparently only had one copy and all the tables were sharing it.Again, very friendly but confusing service. Can’t speak to the food because I never ended up getting mine.

If you're looking for a hidden gem in the city, this is the place to be! Calling it a "homey" atmosphere doesn't do it justice. You can enjoy the best pint of Guinness around, all while being welcomed by the warmth of genuine Irish hospitality!
