Perella's is truly a hidden gem! When I discovered that they make their own pasta, sausage, and sauce on-site, I knew I had to visit. My best friend and I made the 3.5-hour drive from New York City, and we are so thankful we did! The food was absolutely outstanding! Okay, 6 o?clock on a Friday night the place is practically empty except for another couple. Sat 20 minutes at the table waiting for the waitress to come over, finally I think my wife actually flagged her down without me noticing. She took a completeordering including appetizers and drinks and forgot to bring us our drinks, and when she did she only got one out of threedrinks correctly. The calamari lack flavor, the r... The restaurant was very nice but it lacked wait staff making the service extremely slow and food wait was too long. Calamari was good but both our entress were both lacking flavor and the pasta was over cooked on both dishes. Waitress never came backto ask how the food was, poor customer service. Definitely won't be back.
I can’t recommend this place highly enough! I’ve found my new favorite restaurant. I’m sorry it took me so long to check it out!
Lou and his team are incredibly hospitable. As soon as you enter, you feel right at home. The atmosphere is delightful, and the food is exceptional. It's evident that every dish is crafted with attention and love. The pasta is simply phenomenal!
The food, service, and atmosphere are outstanding! We're back in town and will definitely come back to savor the delicious food once more. And a shoutout from your friend Lou!
