Was Rhiannon Hastings at Wappinger Buffet a mag?
Out of all the buffets in the Hudson Valley, this place hasn't given me diarrhea or food poisoning (only one other hasn't as well! . I've been going to this one since 2012. Yes, I'm being blunt because unlike the one near it that is closer to the Stop Shop in Poughkeepsie, this one always has many of the Asian culture visiting. Zero stars for one food is gross bathroom is worse and the people there I'm talking about everybody from the front to the back is straight up lazy they don't even know how to wash dishes right the health department should of shut this place down years ago it got to be failiing some type of violation or code it's very unsanitary View all feedback.
The food wasn't amazing, but it wasn't terrible either. The staff were very friendly, though.

If you are looking to eat crappy food, go here. I was very disappointed with their selection. While there was a wide variety, most of the food did not look appetizing. I'm sticking to the Chinese Buffett in Fishkill and I suggest you do too.

Just returned from a meal with the family from this horrible place! I have eaten Chinese from NY to CA and this was by far the worst, not only in service but in taste. We arrived and they had cold crab legs on the buffet. We each took a few legs and waited for them to replenish it. That never happened. The wait staff kept telling us 10 minutes The butter for the crab was also filthy with all sorts of things floating it. I demanded they replace it, which they did. I then grabbed a few dumplings and I took a bite and I nearly threw up. I have no idea what was in it but it looked like no meat I ever saw. It was mud brown, mushy and smelled HORRIBLE! They also had no sesame chicken on the buffet, just dry, hard General Tsos. I 'd also like to add that the rice was flavorless, the lo mein mongolian beef, spring rolls and hot and sour soup were all also equally as bad and flavorless. The staff in the place also ignored pretty much anything you said. I will never return here again. I will stick to Hudson Buffet even though it is 10 miles further from me.
