Pretty good BBQ for a small town joint. I wish the sides were a bit larger but the flavor was spot on. Be patient with the staff because they do get busy at times. View all feedback.
Honestly some of the best ribs I've had. And it was the last half rack off food truck and still delicious.
I just happened to be in town and needed a quick meal to take to the family. The best part of their place is their burgers and sandwiches. I really enjoyed their burgers. The saucy cyndi burger patty was thick, bacon -w/ 2 long strips-was ideal (well cooked, great taste, lots of pull porked) and their pork tenderloin sandwich is huge. I ordered the potato salad was okay just not to my liking- complex with flavors and cheese. The cheese balls were not bad just not a fan of their coating. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Service has perfecting timing 15-20 minutes.
Ribs, beans, fries, porkys burger were all very good! The smoke flavor and seasonings were just right. Will definitely order again.
A few weeks ago, we called to place an order at this restaurant. We requested two orders of ribs, but the young girl taking our order informed us, "We're out of ribs." She sounded quite unsure and hesitant. I was really disappointed that a BBQ place would be out of ribs, but I understand that these things can happen. I then said, "Okay, we’ll take chicken," only to find out she responded, "We don’t have any chicken either." I get that managing a small-town business can be tough, but experiences like this might prevent us from ordering again. Perhaps if an adult had answered and clearly communicated that they were out of those items, it would have felt different. Still, who knows? The food has been good during the few times I've eaten there, but this phone call was definitely disappointing.
Everything I've ordered has been absolutely delicious! It's also a great place to enjoy conversations with family and the friendly servers!
