I had a great experience at Applebee's. They offer a good deal during their happy hour, with half off appetizers. The pretzel bread is delicious and they serve it in large portions. No wonder they were not busy! Cheese sticks came out “fresh” but we could break them open and touch the cheese! Not once but TWICE. Waitress was slow. Really slow. Food was 6 at best. First time ever disappointed at an Applebees . Won’t be repeating that mistake. Manager did discount our bill after waitress dropped off the first one! Not much of an impression there either.
