Was Jay Dub at Phuket Thai a mag?
It seems like the restaurant has closed down. When I call, it goes straight to a Verizon message indicating that the number is no longer in service. I'm really disappointed, as this was my favorite Thai spot. For takeout dinner, I would generally spend around $10–20 per person. Some of my recommended dishes included Vegetable Red Curry, Chicken Satay, Scallion Pancakes, Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, Glass Noodle Soup, and... View all feedback.
What Marvin Scott dislikes about Phuket Thai:

The food is acceptable, but the preparation time is excessively long. I waited 40 minutes for my order, arriving 20 minutes early, and not a single customer came in during that time—not even for delivery through DoorDash or Uber Eats. This leads me to believe it took a full 40 minutes to prepare one Pad Thai dish, which typically should only take about 10 minutes when there are no other orders. Unfortunately, this has happened during six different visits. Given the quality of the food, I cannot recommend this restaurant at all. Additionally, the prices here are unreasonably high compared to most other Thai restaurants I have been to.
I don't usually choose Thai food, but I'd heard great things about this restaurant. They are actively supporting the community by participating in Dining for a Cause, donating a percentage of their sales to the Wakefield Food Pantry. I ordered the Jade Noodles with chicken, and it was absolutely delicious, plus the portion size was quite generous—enough for lunch the next day! My daughter tried the Pad Thai with tofu, and after sampling it, I can say it was fantastic as well, with a hefty portion. I'm really glad I decided to try this place, and I will definitely return. I'm also looking forward to warmer weather so I can enjoy the outdoor seating.
I had an amazing meal from this place the night before Thanksgiving. We ordered noodle soup with wontons, a tender beef platter, wings, and Phuket noodles. The soup wasn't overly salty; it had a nice broth and plenty of glass noodles. The soy garlic sauce on the wings was incredibly delicious. My favorite dish was definitely the Phuket noodles, which we had with beef—those spinach noodles are fantastic! The tender beef platter was our least favorite, but overall, it was a great experience. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!
