One of the worst experiences I've had at a Casey's this place never has any windshield wash you have to pay to air up your tire never had to before at the old location the kitchen this morning was not operating and I could even get a warm coffee as themachine was down very disappointed i always end up stopping at this location but the poor condition of this place makes me wantto avoid it View all feedback.

The online order did not go through so I had to wait 20 minutes for him to make our order. He was very friendly and apologetic. I think he rushed out pizza and it came out laughable....see photo. I've had smaller pieces of lettuce in a salad!
This place definitely needs improvement. I typically stop by three times a week during my route, but for the past month, they haven't had any breakfast pizza available between 8 and 9 in the morning. The iced coffee is always sold out as well. One morning this week, I asked the woman working if she had any pizza coming out, and she said no, with none being prepared at the time. This used to be my favorite spot to stop, but I won’t be coming back anymore.
The hot chocolate was wrong—it tasted like it had coffee in it, which upset my stomach and forced me to throw it away. What a waste of money! This has happened more than once, and Casey's corporation still hasn't offered any compensation.
Casey's pizza is always wonderful, but unfortunately, several recent orders have not been ready on time. The menu offers great options, but timely service would make the experience even better.
