I love Panda Express but each time I visit the Bosque location in Waco Tx the selections are minimal and the food choices always appear old. I never have a good experience here. The female associate was rude each time I asked if the cooks were going to replenish something therefore my sister and I just left. I felt sorry for the long line of customers behind me. Two women were busy cooking, another was prepping in the back, and a young man was attending to customers, with a steady line forming at the front door. I was really impressed! Despite the hectic scene, the young man remained calm, polite, and accommodating. The food was, as always, delicious!
I went to order about eight dishes, but when I arrived, I noticed several signs on the door indicating they were out of at least four items. We adjusted our orders accordingly since some of the things we wanted for dinner were unavailable. At one point, it looked like I would leave with just a plate of steamed rice. Fortunately, the cashier on duty that day checked each order before bagging them and ensured that I received the correct plate I had paid for. Thank you, ma'am!
I arrived around 8 PM on a Monday night, and the line stretched all the way to the door. When I left after paying, the line was still just as long. The staff was friendly and fairly quick. The food was excellent. I definitely plan to visit more frequently.

I'm currently at the restaurant waiting for my food. It's quite busy here, but the staff is managing everything efficiently without compromising on customer service! They are polite, friendly, and patient, which is wonderful to see. It’s impressive how well they work as a team! I just noticed a name tag that looked like it said Jacob. Great job, everyone!
