What a great addition to 16th Ave! Healthy farm to table delish food! The cashier was inviting and so friendly it was infectious. Met the owner and the story is amazing! Glad they are here and I will be back! View all feedback.
What nhings dislikes about Bloom Bistro:
Eclectic interior was encouraging; So wanted Brass Knuckle to be good; but sorry, just cant say it was even ok. Want to be like others and say it was great but skimpy sandwich meats, vegs and brown lettuce lousy fries prevents me from saying so. Seattle Eats sign rated it Excellent but on this day...not so much. ...Staff seemed indifferent as to our presence. Wanted to treat my daughter returning the day b4 from a ye... View all feedback.
I had an incredible experience at this restaurant with delicious sandwiches made by a fantastic owner who is accommodating of various dietary preferences. They were very informed about my vegan diet and were open to trying new and creative requests.
The fries are absolutely delicious. Everything was amazing. I highly recommend it.
My husband and I had a late lunch here and didn’t want any dinner later. We each had sandwiches that were quite large and filling. We also shared some hand cut French fries. He had a beer and I had an apricot flavored hard cider. Everything was very tasty. My sandwich was the Penultimo with fried ham, lettuce, and tomatoes. My husband had the Uncle Enzo which was breaded chicken, lettuce, and tomatoes. Very messy and drippy. We were glad to have extra napkins on the table. It would have been nice to have a glass to pour our drinks into instead of drinking from a can. Some silverware might have been handy, too. The sandwiches were served in paper-lines plastic baskets. There were signs around informing us that we were expected to clear our own table, which we did. Good food. We would definitely eat there again. For those interested, there were several vegan options available.
We showed up with high hopes, and they were absolutely met. All in-house meats and absolutely strong flavors. We had the Rude Boy and the Companero. The Rude Boy's flavor was absolutely divine. The only knock on that one was it's a little wet and could've used a tad more meat. But the flavor: absolutely WOW. The Companero was also amazing: bread toasted to perfection, a mountain of meat, perfect pickles and peppers, and such a delightful blend. This is the way cuban sandwiches were meant to be. And at only $9 a sandwich, this is an unbeatable deal. It's worth a stop, we drove 20 minutes out of our way to get here and I can tell you it was worth every second of that drive. Can't wait to get back! PS: Buffalo fries absolutely kick a Get em.
