Food preparation catastrophic, ready-made products lukewarm and served carelessly
Hotel restaurant. Reservations required at the AE. You have to be lucky if the breakfast is fully booked. Service is slow, and there are long-term occupants at the nicest tables.
Terrible service, unfriendly, slow, overwhelmed, and extremely snippy. Despite reservations, the buffet was no longer complete, meaning we had to eat what was left, some of which was already cold...
Truly good value for money! I've eaten here several times during my stays at the hotel (usually once a year) and have always been completely satisfied. The dishes are freshly prepared and tastefully balanced. The service is courteous and, with one exception, very attentive and professional. Regional products are also a priority. I'm looking forward to my next visit!
