Was Anonym at Ginza Tree a mag?
The restaurant is very cozy on the third floor, in a room with round tables. The dishes were very tasty, according to the reviews, it all depends on the change of chefs. We were served by a waiter named Roman, who constantly checked if everything was okay with us, took our orders, and was polite and pleasant. Were at Ginza Tree on July 3. Impressions were very negative. For the first time in many years no tip was left. 1. Phoned and booked a table. When we arrived the table was busy. On the first floor they said to ask on the third, on the third they sent to the first. The administrator went away several times to look for a table, as a result, after 10 minutes of waiting, we found it ourselves. 2. We ordered pizza 5 cheeses, a salad of peas and tongue, tea, non alcoholic mojito and wine. It turned out that there are no 5 cheeses. Changed for 4 cheese. For some reason, they punched us for Tai 's pizza and persistently offered to take it, since the cancellation entails some problems with accounting. It is not clear how this applies to guests. Let the one who got it wrong buy and eat it. As a result, they refused and still asked for 4 cheeses. 3. Wine and tea brought quickly. But problems arose with Mojito. Out of ice. I had to refuse a cocktail. 4. The order waited 50 minutes. Salad brought after pizza. This is very strange, since pizza must be prepared, and the salad is obviously made from blanks. The salad is not bad, but not salty at all. This is of course a matter of taste, but there was no salt shaker and pepper shaker on the tables; I had to wait for the waiter again. 5. Pizza as a whole is not bad. But calling the dish by its traditional name, it must be prepared according to a traditional recipe. According to the Ginza version, 4 cheese pizzas include 2 types of Mozzarella regular and in brine , Cheddar and feta cheese. As a result, the dish is very salty and not at all what you expect. And since the pizza we ordered initially wasn’t there, we changed the order along the way and didn’t look at the menu without thinking that 4 cheeses could be any different. 6. They also ask which visitor prefers sauce to pizza: red or white. When calculating, it turns out that the sauce is paid separately, which no one warns about. 7. And to top it off, a swarm of midges. They are everywhere. In food, in drinks, on the table and in public. And when you sit at an empty table they are not visible. But after 10 minutes when you already made the order a whole swarm flies. And it is not clear what to do about it. Eat with flies, pick out or just discard the dish. Впечатления остались очень негативные. Впервые за много лет не оставили чаевые. 1. Позвонили по телефону и забронировали столик. Когда приехали стол оказался занят. На первом этаже сказали спросить на третьем, на третьем отправили на первый. Администратор несколько раз уходила поискать столик, в итоге после 10 минут ожидания мы нашли его себе сами. 2. Заказали пиццу 5 сыров, салат из горошка и языка, чай, безалкогольный мохито и вино. Выяснилось, что 5 сыров нет. Поменяли на 4 сыра. Нам почему то пробили пиццу Тай и настойчиво предложили взять её, так как отмена влечёт за собой какие то проблемы с бухгалтерией. Не понятно как это относится к гостям. Пусть тот, кто неправильно её пробил купит и скушает. В итоге отказались и попросили все же 4 сыра. 3. Вино и чай принесли быстро. Но проблемы возникли с Мохито. Закончился лёд. Пришлось от коктейля отказаться. 4. Заказ ждали 50 минут. Салат принесли после пиццы. Это очень странно, так как пиццу надо готовить, а салат делают очевидно из заготовок. Салат неплохой, но совсем не солёный. Это конечно дело вкуса, но солонки и перечницы на столах не оказалось, пришлось опять ждать официанта. 5. Пицца в целом неплохая. Но называя блюдо традиционным названием готовить её надо по традиционному рецепту. В пиццу 4 сыра по версии Гинзы входит 2 вида Моцареллы обычная и в рассоле , Чеддер и брынза. По итогу блюдо очень солёное и совсем не то, что ожидаешь. А так, как пиццы, которую мы заказывали первоначально не оказалось, то меняли заказ уже по ходу дела и меню не смотрели не думая о том, что 4 сыра может быть какой то другой. 6. Так же спрашивают какой соус к пицце предпочитает посетитель: красный или белый. При расчёте оказывается, что соус оплачивается отдельно, о чем никто не предупреждает. 7. И в довершении ко всему рой мошек. Они везде. В еде, в напитках, на столе и на людях. И когда ты садишься за пустой стол их не видно. Но минут через 10 когда ты уже сделал заказ слетается целый рой. И не понятно, что с этим сделать. Есть с мухами, выковыривать или просто отказаться от блюда. Понятно, что мошки явление природное, но мы платим за качественную еду без посторонней живности. Или это такая ЭКО добавка бонусом?!

Waiters don't know what they are, but what they don't. They ordered five cheeses, and in a minute, the waiter won't be able to make five cheeses. Order four cheeses. Once again, the waiter's starting to evade the savage, that they've had other pizzas and accounting, they're not allowed to cancel. I don't even know. There's no ice cream with cold drinks. In the kitchen, the door was open, who had no hat, t-shirts, sticks... It's not delicious. Stay away from this place.
