Dimples Diner - Visalia
Dimples Diner
Description
Dimples Diner delivers hearty, classic American breakfast and lunch with generous portions and standout dishes like fluffy biscuits and gravy, savory omelets, and perfectly crispy hash browns. The friendly, attentive staff enhances the welcoming, nostalgic 1950s diner atmosphere. While the food consistently impresses and prices remain affordable, the establishment’s aging interior and cleanliness issues detract from the overall experience. Despite occasional long waits during busy weekends, patrons find the cozy vibe and delicious menu worth it. Ideal for casual dining, Dimples is a beloved local spot that many vow to revisit—just don’t expect modern décor or late-night hours.

Saturday morning at 8:00. The place was pretty packed. Parking was easy to find. I was here with a group of 5, that they are able to accommodate fairly easily, but there is not much space to accommodate large parties, so plan accordingly. I ordered her Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich with land potatoes as a side. The sandwich was very delicious. Beef patty, eggs and ash brown on a sourdough bunker. A good size you will wear through the morning. The potatoes were boiled and seasoned well. Overall, I was impressed by the place. The servers were very nice, fast to refill our coffees and gave us good recommendations. Despite the crowd of people there we could get our food quickly. I recommend coming here.
Had a great breakfast at “Dimples Diner” while I was on my truck on the Ford Dealer Service for the “Auto Butler” Service Re-Coating and Protection of Color on my 2020 Ford Ranger. I forgot to take a picture of my breakfast. The steak and the eggs were excellent, not a fat on the steak. My word is looking for while waiting. The coffee here is excellent, always fresh! But now I'm full of coffee, worth 2 hours and two coffee pots later, worth it! My Korean army Veteran Dad would never have left the restaurant alone from the music he loved so much, lol, God rests his soul! He took his 50s! To the unknown person sitting opposite me who paid for my breakfast after the waitress...a big DANK YOUR! I would have been honored to shake your hand in gratitude because that is what it is about in America! It is great to know that patriotism is not dead!!!! A rarity... “unhappy”! Old, old-fashioned army veteran here with an all-American spirit and values.
Excellent food!! Excellent service. The chicken fried steak, cookies and engraving, chili bean omlette and crispy hashbrowns!!! YUM.
The service was sluggish, and the food was just average, nearly cold. The interior was quite dusty and could definitely benefit from a thorough cleaning.
