The atmosphere here is vibrant and energetic. The food is fantastic, and they offer a wide variety of specialty sandwiches. There’s also outdoor seating available, complete with a fire pit for added enjoyment. For service, I’d rate it a 3, but the food definitely deserves a 5. Overall, the atmosphere also gets a 5 from me. I had dinner here, and the price per person ranged from $10 to $20.
I sent my wings back because they put the sauce on the side and i couldn’t mix it that good because there wasn’t enough paper to mix it around and i didn’t wanna get sauce everywhere, they went back to the kitchen and came back drenched in sauce, our server seemed knew so we talked the manager she was extremely rude and had a attitude and didn’t really take time to listen to our issue and after i explained the issue she said “okay what do you want me to do about it” i’m not sure how this manager is a manager when the person doing pickup orders getting paid minimum wage has better customer service than the manager. The waiter also didn’t check in that often as much as the other table beside us and also didn’t remove any of the trash off our table the whole time even tho we put it near the edge so it’d be easier for him i don’t blame the waiter i blame who ever trained him
Multiple visits to this new location. First when newly opened. Then just prior to the pandemic. Now post pandemic. It's definitely been an up and down experience. They got off to very rough start, as many businesses do, although their otherlocations should have helped. They seemed to improve as time went on though. Now, well past what was tough times for everyone,the luster of a much needed restaurant in this area is gone. They seem to struggle to keep up, even on a marginally busy night.Both the kitchen and wait staff. If you have wing night specials, at least do wings well. Mine were almost inedible. Bothovercooked and overly battered, and simply hard as a rock. Just disappointing to see a restaurant that has everything it needsto succeed, simply just become a mediocre afterthought. No way could I recommend this location to anyone at this point. Pandemicstaffing complaints can no longer be the catchall excuse for a poorly run businesses. With no other choices in Vinton after theclosing of Goodpies, I'm sure they will remain and continue to make money, but there's no real reason to go here other than acold beer on a slow night.
Had a Ruben sandwich! Wow, very delicious! Had there own homemade potatoes chips. Very good food and great service!
