We went to the town of Vilafamés and we didn't know where to eat, we saw that this Inn had good ratings and they were right. The food is spectacular, especially the “senyoret” rice and the octopus. ABSOLUTE DISASTER. I write to endorse today's experience and to be able to respond to the restaurant. There is nothing worse in the world than being untrue and unprofessional. Today we went to eat there and we arrived at 2:30 p.m., we ordered the drinks and they brought out the starters (at the time completely cold according to them, no more than 5 minutes had passed without the dishes, at 3:30 p.m. we asked them about the seconds because we were in a hurry and that's when they came to take away the plates of the first ones, when we asked them again (according to them in a rude way, it leaves me totally surprised , they answered us that if we had realized that They had the dining room full with a table of more than 20 people (he really was rude and that was when we asked for the bill and for them to give us what was left to take away. Now I am the one who wants to point out a series of things to you: Saying that I'm sorry that you didn't like it is NOT an apology. The time between dishes may have been your impression, but it hasn't been like that at all. We charged the card at 4:05 p.m. (I don't know what we did according to you between 3:30 p.m. and 4:05 p.m. . Our words towards the waiter have in no way been one of contempt or lack of respect. I insist again that it is your perception because it has not been like that at all. If you don't know how to work under pressure it's another thing. I think that given the circumstances we have been very respectful, because we have paid for a service that we have not received, and we have been very correct. I would say that it was the other way around, you were the rude one. You have to be more open to criticism. That you have many diners is NOT an excuse for you not to serve them well, especially when in the end you are going to charge them the same (or were you going to give us a discount for how poorly you have served us? . Luckily for mortals, you don't have to go to a Michelin restaurant to be well served. Maybe you should hire more staff or take fewer diners. In this life you can't play everything. Thick, it is an adjective like any other. In any case, I apologize if you have felt offended, but I am surprised that your skin is so thin for some things and so thick (never better said for others. I recommend that you invest your time in your restaurant, instead of looking at the reviews I post, I think it will be more useful to you.
