I made the order on the 28th, thinking that I would no longer get there by the end of the year, but they called me saying that they were taking it out on the same Monday so that I had it on time but that they didn't have any products and that if I wanted to take it back or they would give it back to me, which I thanked them very much since I could make a special dinner thanks to them, they've got a client for a long... High quality products at very good prices that came home in perfect conditions. the way they send the cold products is increased. I recommend it to 100
It takes a week to send your order but they have prices and super good offers, and in vegan food you notice that I have taken a heura to 45€, I will put the boots! team thanks team for thinking about our volsillos and stomachs
Ordered some products I like to bring back with me to the UK. Order was supposed to take 24 hours but it took one week in the end. They said that was the right delivery time ? . I had to cancel the order. They made me pay a fee as they had to refund my money back to an UK account. As I stated in my title, awful customer service. There are more online vegan supermarkets in Spain, make use of them and avoid this one!
