We have eaten there many times and it was great every time. Only to recommend.
We ate once over the menu and it was all super tasty, fresh and the Metaxa sauce is also not from the Maggi bag! The self-made herbal butter is a must and the fresh garlic is applied generously on request. Extra wishes are welcomed friendly and the staff thinks with! Really great little family restaurant. We are regularly here
The best Greek restaurant in the area!!! Theo and the Elena have been the Taverne Hellas for over 30 years. The food, from the appetizer to the dessert is excellent. The very good quality of food is recommended!! The service is very friendly and very familiar as they have been there for many years. We always like to visit the tavern and go home with full satisfaction! A reservation before is very important as it is always full, especially on weekends. I recommend this restaurant!
All honestly deserved stars !! Theo and Eleni have been running the restaurant successfully for decades! A reservation is absolutely necessary! I always call ahead to get a table, too. If it's last minute, sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't! The food is the way Theo learned it at Hellas Mannheim, sometimes still with the same suppliers, which guarantees consistent quality, which the customers appreciate so much! We've been going to Hellas in Viernheim for over 25 years now and hope to be able to eat there for the next 10 years as well. We've never been disappointed! The best Greek restaurant in the region.
