Was Franck Charpentier at Elvira's Café a mag?
I think it is the only one Ukrainian restaurant (though, it looks more like cafe in Vienna. Food is good, but portions are quite small and slightly overpriced. Some problems with customer service (slow service, no greetings etc. . View all feedback.

Teigtaschen (Wareniki) mit Kirschen und Napoleon-Torte sind empfehlenswert! Wareniki aus Dinkelmehl sind überraschend gut.
The food at Elvira’s is superb. I often get the lunch menu and it’s great value and really flavourful. I went in for dinner the other day and was equally impressed, especially by the borsch. Cannot recommend enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20
