Gelato was fine. But they didn’t allow us to sit in their chairs outside and eat it as it was a takeaway item. Around 50 seats, all empty. Just silly and churlish.
Easy to find just situated behind Piazza Bra. We stopped to recharge after a day of sightseeing. It was busy, especially with locals. Lots of little cakes from 1 euro, the coffee was good and the waitress was pleasant.
Happened by chance, we returned every time we could, good drinks, good prices and then there is edoardo er waiter too ungrateful
Breakfast with 2 croissants, latte macchiato, cappuccino and 2 juices: 14€ Ricotta croissant was barely stuffed (mostly squeezed outside as decoration). The other products didn't have much taste either. Not possible to pay by card, only cash. The shop looks catchy and if you wanna stay close to the Arena, pls be my guest: but for that money, you can find way better breakfast and customer care
The staff is not professional and not friendly. 30 minutes waiting for a coffee without a pleasant word for the customer with forgetting the food. When the toast arrived 40 minutes later he was burned. When you ask to the waiter for a napkin he responds by blowing there isn't one. I don't recommand this place.
