The staff was extremely friendly, attentive, and committed to their work. PhoLy restaurant operates with impressive efficiency; even during a busy time with numerous dine-in and take-out orders, my food was ready in just ten minutes after I placed my order! I will definitely be coming back!

The dishes are exceptional, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the ambiance is spotlessly clean. Their grilled pork chop and marinated grilled beef are both tender and full of flavor. Plus, their banh mi is fantastic too!

However, during my most recent visit, m... read more I have been a regular at Pholy for nearly two years, visiting almost every week and consistently ordering the same dish. However, during my most recent visit, my order was completely incorrect. When I pointed it out to the staff, they initially offered to fix it but then decided against making the replacement, which I found unacceptable. While the food is delicious, the restaurant falls short when it comes to customer respect and accountability when mistakes occur. Although they have accommodated my previous requests, they failed to do so this time. I've attached a photo for reference. Moreover, my past orders have frequently included onions and cilantro, despite my repeated requests to have them removed. This inconsistency is quite disappointing.
