We wanted to order lasagna, but they didn't have that moment and we ordered Spaghetti Carbonara. It was okay, but with very little sauce... As a drink we ordered Aperol splash and that was also ok, but without a piece of orange. The ambience is beautiful and the staff is friendly. View all feedback.
Very good soft fried and goose! Astic risotto and asparagus also this good! excellent price!
Although the server was initially friendly, he has discouraged us in buying well over the average price menu items by us to order the pizzeria pizza and sell fish as if there were individual portions, then the kitchen finished cooking both whole fish without warning us, then fill and place them in the back and surprise us with a SHOCKING bill of over 200 euros for two people to eat and have ONE average drink. We were blind and feel robbed by the restaurant as we had no opportunity to really understand what we were told to order or cancel before it was already prepared. Very disturbing, do not recommend!
Me and my friend were looking at the menu to this bar before being approached and invited in, we agreed to go in for one drink. We were sat at the table by a man with a shaved head and eyebrow piercing. He offered us a menu and we looked through, however 5 minutes later the man who seated us and another man with grey hair approached the table with 2 cocktails. Myself and my friend were both confused and said we hadn’t ordered, to which the men both said it was ‘on house’. We both asked how much, in which both the men joked and said ‘70 euro’. I again asked how much and the men said ‘on house’. Me and my friend like I’m sure anyone would assume, thought this was a free drink. We drank half the drink as it was very strong, then decided to go back to our apartment to get ready for the night ahead. We got up and set off walking and moments later as we got round the corner the grey haired man approached us from behind and said we had not paid our drinks bill. We were both shocked and confused and insisted we had been told it was a drink that was ‘on the house’ and that we didn’t even order it, it was just brought to our table and when we questioned it we were told ‘on house’. The man however persisted, and considering we are two young females and there was a large male presence in the bar, we reluctantly followed the man back to the bar hoping there had been a misunderstanding. We arrived back at the bar and the waiter with the shaved head began to argue with us that he had not given us a drink ‘on the house’. He also appeared to be having a heated discussion with the grey haired man, however they were speaking Italian so we were not aware of what the conversation entailed. After about 20 minutes of arguing, and the men both saying we were lying about the supposedly ‘on house’ drink, me and my friend began to feel intimidated by the large male presence and just decided to pay. The bill was €24. For a drink we did not order, and was told was on the house. I cannot believe how disgusting of an experience this was to not only be made to feel as though we were stealing, but to be put in such an intimidating position. Not to mention the drink wasn’t even nice. Do not visit this pub, especially if you are young females. The owner and staff should be ashamed at their despicable behaviour.
