Terrible wait and cold food – Not recommended. My visit to Nene Chicken on Davie Street was deeply disappointing. I placed my order at 1:30 PM and was told it would be ready by 2:00 PM. When I arrived, I was asked to wait an additional 15 minutes. Despite the store being nearly empty with only a few pickup orders, my food was not ready until almost an hour past the promised time. The quality was very poor: the fries were cold, and the burger was ice cold, as if it had been left in the fridge the entire time. After such a long wait and unsatisfactory food, the staff didn’t offer any apology or compensation. I will not be returning to this location and strongly recommend others avoid it.
