I had the veggie and burrata benny with GF waffle as the base. Sat at the bar and chatted about celiac options with bartender and server. They were very kind and helpful. I felt safe and had zero reaction to the meal days after. Bartender let me know that the hot sauce contains soy sauce which was a great save!
The brunch was outstanding! We ordered the classic eggs Benedict and the vegetarian version, both served on mini waffles. I can't wait to try their waffles on their own because they were delicious. The sides were fantastic as well—pan-fried potatoes, green beans, and carrots were all incredibly flavorful. I also appreciated their attention to cross-contamination safety. The patio in the back is lovely, too!
They have a GF menu here with lots of delicious options. I ordered the GF waffle with eggs and turkey sausage. I tested everything I ate with my Nima sensor and got the happy face (no gluten found). They seem to be very careful in the kitchen and mentioned that they have a dedicated waffle maker for the GF waffles.
We ordered their French toast and it was the best french toast we have ever eaten. It was amazing. The service was outstanding and the coffee was superb! And I am so picky with coffee lol If you can, give this place a try! It wasn't too incredibly busy as we went on a Tuesday morning . Breakfast dreams come true at Breakfast Table South Granville! The mushroom eggs Benedict was heavenly, and the chicken karaage waffle was a crispy, flavorful delight. Coffee was top-notch, and the staff made us feel right at home. Can’t wait to go back and try everything else on the menu! ️. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: CA$20–30
