Feedback
Was Erwin Grant at Appleback a mag?
Wife and I dropped in on Easter Sunday for brunch. Caesars, eggs benny, quiche, beers, service and view all outstanding. The ladies ( who look like sisters but aren't !) were wonderful, and the setting is bucolic. Hidden secret that shouldn't be. View all feedback.
What Erwin Grant dislikes about Appleback:
Don't have to play golf to eat or drink here. Very pleasant sitting on patio in sunshine. Good bar food, burgers and fries and beer. Great choice of wine, beer, and cider. Watch out - vodka in my wife's vodka martini was "seriously watered" - did someone add water to "top up the bottle?" View all feedback.
First of all, this is one of the nicest patios in West Vancouver. The view is amazing and there is an overhang to keep away the rain. It was a nice day, but it got a little chilly, so the server, Kristy, got us some blankets right away. She was a lovely server and very accommodating, as was her helper. I had the sockeye salmon which comes with gnocci, which I love, but they didn't have it that day and substituted a really delicious pasta special with seafood. Also had their organic side salad, which was very fresh, and quite a lot for just a small salad. Was a lovely evening and we will be going back more often, as this restaurant is real treasure!

The service is decent and the food appears to be good. However, now you can't simply grab a quick snack or a hot dog with a drink like you could at the previous clubhouse.
