Each time I place an order from this restaurant, there's always some mistake with my order. On top of that, the portion sizes are smaller than expected. I only received three pieces of chicken, a large serving of rice, four beans, a heaping amount of sour cream to fill the bowl, and if I’m fortunate, five pieces of lettuce. It's quite ridiculous. So I ordered food on door dash, my food had a horrible taste it was such a bad taste, salty rice and chicken was burn, so I decided to go straight to the restaurant to replace the food but the white skinny lady working on the cashier machine, was sorude. So I ask for the manager but they never came out. How bad can this restaurant be.
Ordered from Grubhub. Specifically put in the order “include utensils and napkins” and they didn’t. I’ve ordered from here before and 90% of the time it’s almost never included. Just wanted to give this location another chance but not anymore if they get paid $17 an hour and can’t even put in a fork and a napkin
Meh. I do like their burritos but at this location there a bunch of strange things happening. The last time I was there with my kids and the place looked crazy messy, like they had just gotten thru a busy part of the day. I probably should have been less annoyed at having to wait for the cashier to emerge but it seemed like people were screwing around. But looking back they probably were taking a breather. And the guy gave me all our food for free which kinda defused the situation and completely caught me off guard. 3 stars because some of the people working over food looked like they hadn’t bathed. I was a little grossed out.
This is my third time having issues with my order at Chipotle Mexican Grill. This time, items were missing from my meal. When I asked to speak to the manager, the cashier said he was too busy and couldn’t come to talk. I definitely do not recommend this place—they clearly don’t care about customers or their orders. Also, take a look at how dirty the restaurant is.
I just finished a bike ride and was looking for some lunch when I stumbled upon a nearby Chipotle. I ordered a chicken burrito with kidney beans, sour cream, lettuce, and salsa, and it was fantastic. I took off one star because it was quite warm inside, probably due to the ongoing construction work in the building, which lacks a ceiling and insulation. However, I'm glad they are still open during this renovation!
