The desserts at Flagman in Novomoskovsk are delicious - a definite must-try when visiting. I also enjoyed the unique dish called Canamhan. The only suggestion would be to provide wooden sticks instead of fork and knife for the Canamhan. The orders may take a bit of time to arrive, but the friendly staff and compliments from the restaurant make up for it, creating a pleasant dining experience worth returning for again... I liked everything. The design is in a bar style, with sturdy wooden tables and chairs. The waitresses are polite. We went on a weekday during the day, there were few people, the music was calm and unobtrusive. The food was brought quickly, with large portions. Everything was delicious and fresh. The prices on the menu are reasonable.
Warm and welcoming place. From the outside it leaves much to be desired, but inside the atmosphere changes drastically. Decent cuisine considering the location. Excellent chicken soup. Ideal for the cold weather outside.
Ну что сказать, интерьер конечно интересный и хороший, я бы даже сказал что тут уютно, но вот по цене конечно дорого. Заказал себе борьш, пиво и пасту карбонара. Так вот борьш конечно хороший был, пиво такое чувство что его разбавили водой, ну а вот паста это не паста, во первых не правильные мокороны были выбраны, во вторых сырое яйцо с верху это конечно орегинальное решение но не вкусное уж точно. Короче смотрите фото. В следующий раз я туда не пойду
