Incredibly good restaurant we regret not finding yet, we almost randomly ran into cycling and decided to try it. The aromas of each plate were excellently combined and in contrast to everything we had before. You also have some very good wine options for pairing, all in all a complete culinary experience. We expect a regular return to the future. View all feedback.

Second time Florent for me, food was ok but the two mains were unfortunately to much alike. Too much of a truffle oil aroma, glad we didn’t add the fresh supplement of truffle. Wine pairings were under par, very little explaining “this red wine is from Australia”. Ok. The first time was great, it’s too bad some elements were missing like the great host I had the first time. Fine dining foods and friendly atmosphere. Not many choices but the deer dish is nice and tender.
The service of Guiseppi was amazing. He explained each course in detail (and in English). He was very accommodating and made us feel very special. The food was really good. We had the vegetarian 5-course menu and we were surprised how full we were after. The placement of the courses is also really good, give us time to enjoy the relaxed ambience, wine and food.
We had the 4-course menu with wine arrangement and enjoyed every course. The food is fresh and of very good quality that we could taste especially in the main course where we had a delicious fish. Creative and tasty courses that matched wines perfectly. We liked the atmosphere in the restaurant very beautifully decorated. Our waiter Giuseppe delivered an absolutely excellent service that made our visit to Florent perfect. Recommended for an appointment or other special occasion.
