This restaurant has the best cashier I've ever encountered. I was a bit apprehensive at first because he had a nose piercing, but once I spoke to him, all my concerns vanished. I had planned to visit KFC less often, but now I’m going to keep coming back solely because of the fantastic service! View all feedback.

This location is terrible! I would rate it a -0 if I could. Don't waste your time, gas, or breath here! The customer service is awful, and they give KFC a bad reputation. Do yourself and your family a favor and go to the KFC/A&W location on 4700 S 4000 W instead! The outside of the business looks as though they are closed and in need of major remodel.

The food quality had taken an unfortunate decline. The flavor has completely changed. It’s certainly not the childhood favorite it used to be. Please adress this kfc. Sadly I wish I would have chosen even popeye’s over this meal.
Ordered the 2 piece meal.. didn’t get asked for sides.. asked at the window-got ignored.. got random sides. And no receipt.
