Was recommended by a friendly staff member at Bear River Bird Sanctuary for their fresh raspberry shakes. These did not disappoint. We also got burgers and fries. Not bad, but not great; typical burger and fries. Kind of strange that the place had what appeared to be middle school shop projects (wood burnings/carvings) scatter through out the place that were offered for sale at rather high prices for what they were. It was okay. The pulled pork sandwich was good. The fries had no flavor. The shake was okay.

Ephraim's is a solid choice for dining in Garden City. Most importantly, are the Raspberry shakes. They are made from hard ice cream and freshly mixed up. They taste like raspberries. The menu has a fair number of items, but it's mostly about the burgers and fish and chips. We've had fish and chips that were perfect, and we've had ones that were still doughy from not being completely cooked. The burgers and bun are good. The fries are great.
