Pretty bad compared to other locations I’ve been to very slow service- waters were not brought until 10 min AFTER the appetizer came- my steak took forever and was cooked medium RARE instead of WELL- my brother was given the wrong side for his meal, instead of French fries he got green beans- there were no silverware but instead plastic cutlery loud drunkies in the background not letting my family eat in peace; nothing was done about them and their chaos.
My server was great. I think she was new but she did a great job. Her name is Megan. However the bartender Jamori was rude. I ordered a perfect margarita which is served in a shaker with a martini glass. I received a drink in a sangria glass with ice so I wanted to be sure I had the correct drink. The server took the drink to the bar to confirm and I heard the bartender in a high pitched tone saying...it's not in a martini glass because I don't have any... with an attitude. I was fine with the original drink, I just wanted to confirm. Her response kinda irritated me. If you want to be technical...even without the martini glass the drink still didn't come in the shaker as described. She should fix her attitude
Did a online mobile order. I got 2 large of the new Mountain Dew and 2 orders of the cheeto wings. The wings were awesome! The 2 new mountain dew which I was most excited about trying tasted like GARBAGE. Like they hadn't changed the flavoring bag or whatever you call it. Super disappointing....
Walked in the door and it was very busy, and asked if I could go sit at the bar. Was told I could. The bartender Blair, instantly greeted me with a menu and asked if I wanted something to drink. She was very friendly and on top of things the whole time I was there. Always asked if I wanted another drink, and even though my food took a very long time to come out, she would let me know what the status of it was and made sure I was cool in the mean time. I could tell they were very busy,, but the bar was a good move. I recognize going to the bar to see Blair, she will give good service!
Applebee's no longer Carry's tonic water, so I was unable to order a gin and tonic, and they also no longer have tall glasses for cocktails. They only have short glasses. I ordered the 12.oz ribeye steak and I had to return it because the steak was cooked with so much salt that I could not eat it. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip as appetizer and it was brought out with our meals. The dip was in a paper container half full and none of the tortillas chips were whole piece, they were all small broken pieces. Oh yes and the best part of the experience was when we were finally seated, we were handed wrapped plastic eating utensils and when I got my steak I asked the server if I could at least get a steak knife. The manager was so unprofessional... She wasn't wearing anything t⁰hat had a Applebee's logo on , so when I looked at her I was confused because she was wearing a sweat suit and tennis shoes. It was by far the worst and absolute last time I will ever go to Applebee's again!
