The place is in the worst shape possible, all furniture torn out and greasy. Its a place filled with Insects and mosquitoes. The service is terrible. They take order after around 20mins and then post 45 mins serve food. All the servers have bad worst attitude and no care for customer service. The restaurant is in extremely poor condition, with torn and greasy furniture. It's infested with insects and mosquitoes. The service is abysmal; it takes about 20 minutes just to place an order, followed by a 45-minute wait for the food. The staff displays a completely indifferent attitude towards customer service, and even the manager seems to have given up on the place. Besides the pasta, most of the food tastes like it's frozen and is not enjoyable. I strongly recommend avoiding this restaurant altogether!
I had a wonderful Sunday at Rootage in Udaipur. The service was excellent, and the staff was very attentive.
The service and staff behavior at Rootage were incredibly disappointing. Many other patrons seemed to have similar experiences.
