The service was excessively friendly, bordering on overwhelming, as if the staff were on medication! The atmosphere felt rather gloomy. Unfortunately, the food was a major letdown. I strongly advise against the steak nachos; they were truly awful. The dish appeared to be made up of chunks resembling dog food on a pile of nearly cold, overly cheesy chips. My wife and I eat there for lunch about four times a month, and they consistently provide excellent service and serve tasty meals.
I had a great time enjoying the fish and chips special. Ali, the host, is delightful.

They have made big strides to improve service and quality. Best service in town now.
