Was Anonym at Fishfull Thinking a mag?
Cute little shop with a very sweet lady and her little one manning the place. We tried the smoked and candied salmon along with the fresh halibut. Everything was fantastic, especially the smoked salmon. We heard they do a smoked tuna as well which we'll have to come back and try another time. They also had fresh crab which they clean and crack in half so all you have to do is cook it for 12 minutes and enjoy! View all feedback.

We stopped in several times for fish during our stay. It is apparently the only place to buy fish (other than the co-op) in Ukee, but we were the only people I ever saw there. Makes me wonder where everyone else was buying their fish, unless everyone else just catches it themselves.Anyway, I found it expensive compared to Victoria fresh-catch prices, but if they truly are the only spot in town, then I guess they can... Support local business. The staff was friendly and personalized our experience over the phone. They prepared the crab for us to cook at home and provided helpful cooking instructions. While not a traditional restaurant, they offer ready-to-eat options like smoked salmon. Coming from Manitoba, we loved purchasing the fresh, wide variety of seafood straight from the ocean.
They must make a stop here to support local businesses. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food is freshly caught and cleaned by the workers on-site. Don't miss the individually packaged smoked salmon, shrimp, or oysters to take home. Loved the whole experience.
The cold smoked salmon at this restaurant is the best you will ever eat. It has a large natural smoke flavor, but remains moist and tasty. The service is very friendly and they offer a wide selection of fresh fish.
If you want fresh seafood, amazing smoked fish of all sorts…….this is the place to stop when in Ucluelet. Been delivering here weekly when the season is open for this little hidden gem of a shop and having a smoked fish lunch here every trip for my ride home. Amazing smoked goodies well sealed and packaged. Salmon pepperoni, traditional, black pepper salmon is to die for and my favourite is the smoked tuna lox. OMG. Incredible owners that are gifted with customer service and fresh seafood always on the top of the list. Thank you for all that you do!! Your hard work is paying off and you both are AMAZING. You have gained a customer for life here. Keep doing what you are doing. It’s paying off.
